Preserving Our Heritage ~ Creating a Legacy

The Boothbay region is known for its spectacular natural beauty, rocky shores, coastal islands, and river corridors.  Since 1980, Boothbay Region Land Trust has preserved the beauty of the Boothbay region by conserving land for the benefit and enjoyment of residents and visitors.

We invite you to hike over 30 miles of trails, visit one of our preserved islands, or watch fishermen bringing in their catch at our two working waterfront sites.  Wildlife viewing, vistas, forests, meadows, wetlands and historical sites await you.  Visit BRLT’s preserves and see the natural and unique places in the Boothbay region.
